This is the month at which the Keronge coffee plot owners are busy managing their coffee farms. They weed and cut grass on all their plots. They make sure the coffee cherries are bearing fruits. Any shade trees that are overgrown are trimmed and kept at manageable levels.
Pest control is done by the farmers actually move from individual trees and between plots. They make sure there are no pests and insects.

The first cherries are also harvested. The cherries that are rippen are picked and processed immediately.
